All purchases are final and non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase. Once you place your order, I will send it to the printing company for production. Your order will be sent directly from the printing company, which is located in China. It typically takes the company about a week to process the order before a tracking number is assigned. Please note: although the order is shipping from China, it will have a U.S. address as the tracking information will not update until the order reaches the U.S. state on the label. Once the tracking number is assigned it typically takes about 1.5-2 weeks for your order to reach the U.S. destination where your tracking number will update, and about 3-4 more days to be delivered. Keep in mind that Holidays can create longer shipping times.
